Key Responsibilities:

  • Track Requests: Monitor and document requests for information from outside agencies, ensuring all inquiries are logged and prioritized appropriately

  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure that all requests comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies, conducting thorough reviews of submissions

  • Engage Stakeholders: Proactively reach out to and engage with stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify requirements, fostering strong working relationships

  • Timely Completion: Coordinate efforts to ensure that all requests are completed and responded to within established timelines, maintaining a high level of service

  • Compliance Assurance: Regularly review processes and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with external agency requirements and internal standards

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role

  • Experience in Utilities, (water, electricity, natural gas, telecommunications, solar, or renewable energy).

Benefits & Salary:

  • This position pays between 75,000 and 105,000 annually and is an exempt position

  • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match

  • Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually

  • Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours

  • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company
