Key Responsibilities:
Track Requests: Monitor and document requests for information from outside agencies, ensuring all inquiries are logged and prioritized appropriately
Maintain Compliance: Ensure that all requests comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies, conducting thorough reviews of submissions
Engage Stakeholders: Proactively reach out to and engage with stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify requirements, fostering strong working relationships
Timely Completion: Coordinate efforts to ensure that all requests are completed and responded to within established timelines, maintaining a high level of service
Compliance Assurance: Regularly review processes and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with external agency requirements and internal standards
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
Experience in Utilities, (water, electricity, natural gas, telecommunications, solar, or renewable energy).

Benefits & Salary:
This position pays between 75,000 and 105,000 annually and is an exempt position
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match
Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company
